CAMPAIGN  |  NARS HOME FROM HOME

NARS’ first fundraising pack has a strong emphasis on NARS’ volunteer Home Responders travelling from their homes to help patients in an emergency at all times of the day and night.

We took a relaxed and fun approach to the design of the logo for the Home from Home campaign. The brand imagery feels homemade, the rough edges reminiscent of spending an afternoon crafting with the kids at the kitchen table, emphasising the message of the campaign: being able to fundraise from home, as well as highlighting the important job that first responders do from their own home.  

A custom set of friendly and playful illustrations, made in-house by our in-house illustrator, worked to support the messaging for this campaign. Their purpose was to show ideas for fundraising methods in a light-hearted and fun way. The illustrations were made to fit with NARS’ pre-existing brand identity while adding a distinctive playfulness that would appeal to families and schools. We applied these assets to a PDF fundraising pack, social media images and an email newsletter to launch the campaign. 

The illustrations opened up a whole range of design opportunities that may not have been possible with limited photography, especially during the campaign’s development in 2021 during the throes of COVID-19.
